Lombok experience service memuaskan.. tour guide nya oke, fasilitas nya ok.. keren 👍🏻

Although we did not go on the tour due to sickness elsewhere, the staff and team were truly helpful, responsive and patient. We were going to book a 4 days 3 nights tour. Their package they offered was excellent, and they gave excellent explanation of it. I would really recommend talking to them and finding a great package. Look forward to booking them next time. Thank you team!

Pengalaman yang mungkin tdk pernah ku lupakan, karena dapet tour guide yang bener2 sudah pengalaman, mulai dari snorkling hingga memilih tempat yang benar-benar recommended banget 💖 dan alhamdulillah sekali dari penjemputan di bandara hingga pengantaran di bandara tour guide nya bener2 sangat welcome dan ramah sekaliii.. Ada Bli Dewa yang dr awal sudah memberikan arahan, dan ada abang oji pemandu travel yang sangat ceria menghibur, dan tidak lupa Bli Eki yang sangat handal dalam pengambilan foto di dalam airrr ( pengendali air ya diks 😁 )✨✨ thx uu team lombok experience yang uda bikin liburan kantor jadi seruuu 🥰🥰✨

Tour guidenya dan crewnya semua ramah2, makanannya enak2, dokumentasinya bagus2, cocok buat para freediver, next kalo balik lagi ke lombok sumba pasti cari lombok experience ❤️👍

We had a great holiday with lombok experience. A great combination of nature, culture and culinaries. The snorkeling spots were fabulous, full of pristine corals and fishes. We also really enjoyed the food. Satisfying portion and taste, although we had limitation with spiciness. The car was always clean, even though we played on the beach the day before. Special mention to our guides, bli Dewa and mas Ferdy. They were really nice, helpful and polite. They suggest us some changes in our itinerary so that we can maximize our time and give us some very helpful tips during our stay in Lombok. They also took great photos of us. (p.s. In this tour, the photographer is included, we only enjoyed the trip without worrying that there won't be photos of us during this trip) What can be improved is perhaps the hotel choices in the package. I believe there are some others hotels that can be explored which have better service, better room/bathroom and better food. Nevertheless, we highly recommend to book holiday in Lombok with Lombok Experience
