Our trip with this travel agency was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The entire experience was seamless — from the itinerary planning, transportation, to all the little details that made the journey stress-free and enjoyable. Everything was organised professionally, and we felt well taken care of throughout. A very special shoutout to Wisnu, our tour guide, who truly made the trip unforgettable. His knowledge of local culture, history, and hidden spots brought every place to life. He was patient, friendly, and incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. What really stood out was his warm personality and genuine passion for sharing the beauty of his country — it made every moment feel meaningful. Thanks to Wisnu and the team, our holiday became a wonderful experience filled with great memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a better travel agency. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely travel with them again!

Our trip 3D2N in Lombok was truly unforgettable thanks to our amazing tour guide, mas Wisnu He was friendly, knowledgeable, and always made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. He shared many interesting stories about local culture and brought us to some hidden gems we would’ve never found on our own. Always on time, patient, and even a great photographer! Pertama kali ke Sumbawa dan ikut open trip dari Lombok Experience. Wow! Kaka dan guidenya seru bangettt, ketemu teman” yang sefrekuensi dan ngerangkul banget🥹 baru ketemu tp rasanya udah kenal lama. If I could give 1,000 stars, I would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything exceeded my expectations. ✨ So i had an amazing 5 day trip around Lombok and Sumbawa! Everything was well organized from start to finish. Special thanks to Kak Medi, who was incredibly kind and patient in helping me customize my itinerary exactly the way I wanted. She made the planning process so easy. Huge appreciation as well to our tour guides, Wisnu and Ferdy🤎. They were honestly the best! They didn’t just guide us, they took care of everything. Literally everything. From guiding the trip, taking beautiful photos, drone, recording underwater with a GoPro, making sure everything ran smoothly, to always making us feel comfortable and safe. They were friendly, fun, and really went the extra mile. What touched me the most was that they didn’t do all of this just because it was their job. They went above and beyond their responsibilities because they genuinely cared and are incredibly kind people.🤘🏻🙇🏻‍♀️ Thank you for making this trip such a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lombok and Sumbawa! Best tour we had in Lombok. We booked for private tour of whaleshark. Wisnu and Azhar are very friendly, warm and helpful. Very nice in taking photos and saving our happy moments together! We enjoyed the trip so much 🥰
